ROLE PURPOSE

As Sales Manager for Bangalore, you will grow Euronics project and channel business in your territory. You will build lasting relationships with interior contractors, MEP and HVAC contractors, consultants and hospitality clients, get Euronics specified early, and take every opportunity from lead to order — and on to repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development

• Generate and develop new business with interior contractors, small and medium segment contractors, and MEP and HVAC contractors.
• Target hotel and hospitality projects, engaging owners, consultants and procurement teams for specification and approval.

2. Project Tracking & Specification

• Identify upcoming projects early, follow them through design and procurement stages, and convert them into orders.
• Work with architects, consultants and MEP teams to get Euronics solutions specified in drawings and BOQs before design freeze.

3. Commercials & Collections

• Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals and presentations; negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up on payments and collections for your accounts.

4. Channel Development

• Build a network of contractors, resellers and channel partners that drives repeat sales across the territory.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with operations, stores and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation support and after-sales service.

6. Pipeline, CRM & Market Intelligence

• Track the sales pipeline, keep CRM records accurate and current, and report sales forecasts and market feedback regularly.
• Monitor competitor products and pricing, and share market intelligence with the State Head.
