Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in industrial machinery/equipment sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine tools and CNC machines; ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
