Role Overview
Drive sales of Citrus Pectin & Citrus Fiber in domestic and international markets, combining technical understanding with strong commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop business across India and export markets
· Identify and onboard customers in food & nutraceutical segments
· Manage sales cycle: lead generation to closure
· Support product trials with technical inputs
· Build and manage key customer relationships
· Track market trends and competitor activities
· Achieve sales targets and drive growth
Requirements
· 2–5 years in hydrocolloids / food ingredient sales
· Experience in pectin, fiber, gums, or stabilizers preferred
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
Qualification
Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
