Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmednagar, responsible for driving health insurance sales and managing a high-performing sales team. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and customers, and ensure achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory. The role includes planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to support seamless policy issuance, renewal, and post-sales service, while promoting ABHICL's wellness-centric product offerings in the local market.

• Candidates should possess analytical and planning skills, including data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and market analysis.
• Relevant experience in health insurance, financial services, or related domains, preferably in sales or distribution roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local language and English, along with familiarity with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmednagar, with willingness to travel within the region as required.
