Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager Coatings to lead our sales efforts across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of raw materials used in coatings, paints, and inks, and will be responsible for driving business growth by managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical support to clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. 12–15 years of experience in B2B sales of raw materials for coatings, paints, inks, or allied sectors.
3. Strong technical knowledge of coating systems, formulations, and raw material functionalities.
4. Well-established network within the coatings and paints manufacturing industry
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven leadership abilities and a strategic, result-oriented mindset.
7. Self-driven, with a high level of accountability and customer focus.
8. Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
