Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, references, brokers, channel partners, and digital inquiries.
• Contact prospective customers and investors to understand their commercial property requirements.
• Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into bookings and sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property dealers, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within the company's approved guidelines.
• Maintain daily calling reports, lead status, site visit records, and sales pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead generation and sales campaigns.
• Assist customers with booking formalities, documentation, payment follow-ups, and possession coordination.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM or designated reporting system.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor projects, and commercial property demand in Bhopal.
