Location: Noida Sector 135
Experience: 27 years in Real Estate Sales
Salary: 35,000 - 55000+ per month + Attractive Incentives & Cash Prizes
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and convert real estate leads into successful closures.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
Drive site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Track sales performance, pipelines, and daily activities.
Develop strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
Ensure professional customer handling and follow-up.
Requirements:
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
