Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 34 sales professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive business growth.
• Develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors and project accounts.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts for smooth order execution.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and support timely collections.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Train, guide and motivate the sales team and monitor individual performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Take ownership of the overall sales performance of the assigned team and territory.

Should be experienced from companies like Ultratech, Pidilite Roff, MYK Laticrete , Weber and other competitors in industry.
