Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through various channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Present and promote residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful bookings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth closure and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and real estate projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Handling.
• Candidates with Real Estate Sales experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from Insurance, Aviation, Hospitality, Banking, Automobile and other target-driven sales industries are also welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in the Gurugram/Delhi NCR market will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive and aggressive sales approach.
• Graduate/Post-Graduate preferred.
• Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
