Role & responsibilities
* Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities
* Handle client inquiries and understand customer requirements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct client meetings and property presentations
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales
* Present and promote company products/services
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service
* Maintain regular sales reports and follow-ups
Preferred candidate profile
* 6 Months 1 Year of experience in Sales
* Real Estate Sales experience will be an advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented
* Good client-handling skills
* Graduate preferred
* Immediate joiners preferred
