Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the telecalling and sales team.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate business through customer leads, referrals, and market outreach.
• Monitor team performance, calling activity, lead conversion, and follow-ups.
• Handle important customers and support the team in closing loan cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
• Track applications from lead generation to final disbursement.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monthly performance reports.
• Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve productivity.
• Ensure accurate customer communication and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a finance or business qualification is preferred.
• 25 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Prior experience managing a sales or telecalling team.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, English, and preferably Kannada.
• Knowledge of loan eligibility, documentation, credit profiles, and lending processes.
• Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple loan cases.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and sales reporting.
