Sales Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven professionals to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Bengaluru.

Role & Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and expertise, responsibilities may include:

• Generating and managing leads through various channels.
• Understanding client requirements and providing suitable property options.
• Conducting property presentations and site visits.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Negotiating with clients and closing property deals.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Managing and mentoring sales teams for senior positions.
• Developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
• Managing channel partner relationships and business development activities.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Preparing sales performance reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers interested in building a career in real estate sales can apply.
• Candidates with 1+ years of experience up to senior leadership level are welcome.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Professionals looking to switch or grow their career in sales are welcome.
• Candidates from Real Estate, B2C Sales, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, EdTech, Channel Sales, or related industries can apply.
• Senior professionals with experience in team handling, business development, sales strategy, and target achievement are encouraged to apply for leadership positions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are preferred.
• Any graduate can apply.
