Job Profile: To achieve the budgeted sales target for the travel agency vertical at the Office level

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
• Provide product training, sales technique training, and objection-handling sessions
• Conduct induction & refresher training to develop full-time and part-time agents
• Accompany agents on sales calls (joint field work).
• Coach agents on prospecting, need-based selling, and ethical business practices.

Operations Team, Service Centre/Corporate Claims

Team, Service Centre /Corporate underwriting team,

Service Centre accounts team

Customers, Agent

Skills & Competencies:

1) Strong understanding of insurance products & solutions

2) Ability to drive agency-channel sales targets

3) Prospecting, lead generation & conversion skills

4) Ability to scale up operations

5) Negotiation and closing skills

6) Ability to conduct joint field work

Qualification Requirement:

Graduate

Relevant Work-experience Required:

Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales and Agency in. Experience in General Insurance & Health Insurance Industry would be an added advantage.

Language Proficiency:

English, Hindi, Local language of the location being handled
