Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of premium residential and high-rise properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with HNIs, investors, and premium clients.
• Manage lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop business through networking and client relationships
  
  Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Real estate experience in premium/high-rise residential sales preferred.
• Candidates from other industries with a strong HNI network and proven sales track record may also apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
