Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for secured loan products such as mortgages and LAP (Loan Against Property).
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the secured loan segment.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other secured loan products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
