SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Manager
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: State Head / State Co-Ordinator
Job Purpose:
Responsible for new franchise acquisition, sales target achievement, market development,
customer management, and team handling in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Open new franchises and develop new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate leads and convert them into customers/franchise partners.
Conduct market visits and develop the assigned Districts.
Manage and maintain good relationships with customers and franchise partners.
Follow up on pending orders.
Submit daily work updates and regular sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Sales and business development skills.
Customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned Districts.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate preferred.
12th / PUC with 23 years of sales experience may also be considered.
25 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

New franchise acquisition.
Sales target achievement.
Customer/business acquisition.
Getting Orders for franchise.
Taluk / Panchayat growth.
