Key Responsibilities:

Samruddhi Loans (Team Lead)

Lead and manage a sales team for Home Loans (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP).

Drive business through Open Vertical direct sourcing.

Achieve team sales targets and ensure portfolio growth.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members for better performance.

Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

Monitor sales performance, productivity, and business quality.

Eligibility:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loans (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP).

Prior experience in Team Handling is mandatory.

Strong sales, leadership, and channel management skills.

Banking, NBFC, or Housing Finance background preferred Role & responsibilities
