Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the affordable housing segment.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to drive business growth through effective communication and coordination.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in home finance/housing loan products (HL).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role within the affordable housing segment.
• Strong understanding of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate high-performing teams.
