About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong expertise in Key Account Management, New Business Acquisition, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to build strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts while building long-term client relationships.
• Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and converting potential business opportunities.
• Generate quality leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and other sales channels.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities to expand the company's business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and track business performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• 48 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Key Account Management, Lead Generation, and New Business Acquisition.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Candidates from any industry are welcome; OEM / Manufacturing industry experience will be highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independently driving business growth.

Compensation
50,000 70,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
