Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Generate and manage leads through various channels and ensure effective follow-up.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and property closures.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Track sales pipelines, conversions, revenue, and other key performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 37 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate/property consulting/channel sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
