Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Closing who can convert qualified interior design leads into confirmed business. The role demands strong B2C sales expertise, excellent closing skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from consultation to final sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified walk-in and digital leads generated by the marketing team
  
• Conduct in-person and virtual client consultations
  
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions & packages
  
• Present design concepts, pricing, and value propositions confidently
  
• Negotiate and close deals within defined timelines
  
• Maintain high conversion ratios and revenue targets
  
• Coordinate with design, operations, and execution teams post-closure
  
• Update CRM with accurate client and sales data
  
• Mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in B2C sales / closing roles
  
• Experience in interior design, real estate, luxury sales, or home dcor preferred
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Target-driven mindset with proven closing track record
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  
• Willingness to work on weekends (weekly off as per roster)
