About Us:
Shree Corporation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an AVIXA Certified audio-visual distributor and system integrator based in Mumbai, delivering AV solutions to leading government, PSU and enterprise clients across India.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage key government and enterprise accounts, and lead our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from government, PSU and enterprise clients
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Lead GeM bids and government tenders from identification to order
- Work with OEMs on pricing, authorizations and project support
- Prepare proposals, solution presentations and commercial negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Guide and support the sales team and sales coordinators
- Report pipeline, forecasts and sales MIS to management
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA or technical background preferred)
- 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in AV, IT, electronics or system integration
- Proven experience in government / PSU sales and GeM tenders
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
