Job Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities for cement products.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Conduct regular market visits and support dealers/retailers in increasing sales.
• Plan and execute market development activities, promotions, and dealer engagement programs.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

Own motorcycle

Valid Driving Licence

Willingness to travel extensively

Good communication and convincing skills
