Sales Manager

Job Description

At Crowne Plaza, we like to lead from the front. We re looking for a Sales Manager who is dynamic, confident, and ambitious, with a passion for building client relationships and driving hotel revenue. You ll work closely with the Director of Sales to develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different at IHG, but you ll mostly be:

- Leading the way - managing sales activities, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

- Driving business - identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining existing corporate accounts.

- Building relationships - conducting sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel familiarisation tours.

- Managing performance - monitoring budgets, sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Working as one team - coordinating with internal departments and IHG regional hotels to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We need from you:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Sales.

Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
