Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and expand business for BESS and Lithium-Ion Battery solutions in assigned regions
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales and channel networks
• Build strong relationships with EPC companies, system integrators, OEMs, industrial clients, and channel partners
• Drive sales for energy storage solutions across commercial, industrial, telecom, and renewable energy segments
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
• Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and site visits
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for proposal preparation and project execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the energy storage sector
• Ensure timely collections and maintain long-term customer relationships

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Channel Sales.
• Experience in BESS, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Solar Industry, Electrical Products, Power Backup, EV, or Renewable Energy industry preferred Strong network with EPC companies, industrial clients, OEMs, or channel partners preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets
