Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager
Location: 11th Floor, IT Park, JMD MEGAPOLIS, Office No - 1128, 1128A, 1129, Badshahpur Sohna Rd Hwy, Gurugram, Haryana 122018
Experience: 1 + Years
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
Handle pre-qualified inbound leads (No cold calling!)
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
Understand client needs and recommend best-fit property options
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers & clients
Maintain accurate data in CRM and generate sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Operations) for a seamless experience
Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Sales Manager)
Mentor and guide junior team members
Handle high-value deals & premium clients
Support sales strategy, forecasting, and expansion plans
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality & conversions
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Luxury Sales
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Highly self-driven and result-oriented
Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Must own a 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler for site visits
