Position-Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to join the Direct Sales Channel of Future Generali Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct customer interaction, handling leads, explaining life insurance products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate life insurance business through the Direct Sales Channel.

Handle leads and convert prospects into customers through direct interaction.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.

Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective customers.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with customers and ensure timely policy closure.

Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory processes.

Maintain regular sales reports and update lead/pipeline status.

Work towards improving conversion ratios and overall business productivity.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Life Insurance

Candidates with experience in Direct Sales.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
