About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented sales professional to join Generali Central Life Insurance in the
Direct Sales channel. The role involves generating new business, developing customer relationships,
understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through direct sales and self-sourcing of customers.
Identify prospective customers and understand their financial protection and investment needs.
Explain and recommend suitable life insurance products based on customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Ensure proper documentation, application processing, and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1-6years of experience in direct sales / field sales, preferably from Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General
Insurance, Insurance Broking, BFSI, Banking, or related financial services.
Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable with field sales, customer meetings, and direct sourcing.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
