Job Description

* Looking for an experienced candidate with expertise in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home loans, Car loans, LAP, Secured, Unsecured and Insurance sales. Candidates should have a strong sales background, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Generate business for Personal Loan, Education Loan, Car Loan, Secured, Unsecured and other financial products,

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners.

* Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training.

* Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management.

* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

* Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
