Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities-

• Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, contractors, and end users in the assigned territory
• Promote and actively sell MIDEX's full range of industrial electrical products
• Identify and develop new leads and convert them into active business accounts
• Maintain, retain, and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement
• Follow up on and collect outstanding payments from assigned clients
• Submit daily visit reports and share market feedback with BM/ABM
• Coordinate with the inside team for order processing, stock checks, and delivery follow-ups
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial electrical products (training will be provided for freshers)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi & English (local language proficiency essential)
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and genuine willingness to travel daily in the field
• Basic smartphone usage for reporting via WhatsApp, apps, or Google
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent approach to sales
• Ability to build quick rapport and maintain trust-based relationships with customers
