We are looking for an experienced *Sales Manager* to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the real estate sector.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.

* Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

* Guide the team in handling client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.

* Track individual and team performance and provide regular training and support.

* Ensure proper lead management and timely updates in the CRM.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

* Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.

### *Requirements*

* Proven experience in sales management; experience in *real estate sales will be preferred*.

* Strong team-handling, leadership, and communication skills.

* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

* Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.

* Strong understanding of the sales process, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
