Sales Manager

• Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Property Advisors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Generate business through leads, referrals, channel partners, and other sales channels.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, client meetings, site visits, and conversions.
• Guide the team in effective client handling, property presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Personally handle key and high-value clients and support the team in closing important deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developer/builder sales teams regarding inventory, pricing, payment plans, offers, and project updates.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance discussions.
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Ensure CRM/database is updated regularly with accurate lead and follow-up information.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, site visits, booking ratios, and overall team productivity.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
