Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
  
• Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable background verification (BGV) solutions.
  
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Client Servicing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful service delivery.
  
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, with preference for prior BGV industry knowledge.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in a relevant field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet targets.
