Job Description:

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle leads, customer follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
• Motivate and support the sales team to improve performance.
• Monitor team activities and provide regular performance updates.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Candidates with an existing sales team will be preferred.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
