About this role
Graebert India is hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth across South India, focusing on both direct and channel sales.
What you'll do:
- Build and execute regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Deliver product presentations and demos to clients
- Manage client relationships and drive retention
- Handle proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
- Onboard and manage channel partners (resellers/distributors)
- Support regional marketing efforts and track market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the regional sales team
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (MBA in Sales/Marketing also acceptable)
- 3-8 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in channel sales
- Experience in CAD or engineering software sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
