About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day sales operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
* Drive showroom sales and customer conversions.
* Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
* Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall targets.
* Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
* Handle post-booking customer requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
* Maintain proper sales documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
* Coach and guide the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Preferred candidate profile
8 - 10 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry.
Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership sales.
Good in English and Tamil language.
Candidates with experience in two -wheeler and four-wheeler sales will be preferred.
