Manager / Associate Manager – International API Sales (ROW)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international sales of APIs across ROW markets.

• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, agents, and business opportunities in international markets.

• Manage existing international customers and build long-term business relationships.

• Generate enquiries, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close orders.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution and payment follow-up.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, Regulatory, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution.

• Understand customer requirements, product specifications, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and business opportunities across international markets.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned international markets.

• Attend international customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business development activities as required.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in API / Pharmaceutical / Chemical international sales.

• Experience handling ROW international markets is preferred.

• Strong exposure to B2B sales and international customer management.
