About this role
- Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, walk-ins, channel partners, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits and project presentations.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and high-value closures.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
- Monitor the sales pipeline, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure all leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities are updated accurately in the CRM.
- Train and mentor Sales Executives on prospecting, customer handling, presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Identify and develop new channel partners and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for smooth sales operations.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, market trends, customer preferences, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Drive repeat business, referrals, and customer relationship initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales, booking, revenue, and team targets.
