What You’ll Do
- Drive B2B sales and new business acquisition.
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market mapping.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers such as Facility Heads, Property Managers, Admin Heads, Operations Heads and Procurement Teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ParkSmart solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and implementation.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with B2B sales experience in Real Estate, Mobility, Parking, Hospitality, Facilities Management, Coworking, Infrastructure or Technology Solutions will be preferred.
