Job Summary
Ipsaa Holdings Private Limited is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to drive sales, business development, customer acquisition, enrolments, revenue growth, B2B and B2C sales across our daycare centres in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, generating leads, managing sales pipelines, converting prospects, acquiring customers, and developing corporate/institutional business opportunities.
Candidates from Education, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate, IPC, Healthcare, Consumer Services and other target-driven industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly and annual sales, enrolment and revenue targets for the assigned centres/cluster.
• Drive end-to-end sales and business development, from lead generation and prospecting to follow-up, negotiation and closure.
• Generate and qualify leads through B2B, B2C, corporate, institutional, referral, networking and other business development channels
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up and timely conversion of leads.
• Drive customer acquisition and lead conversion through effective sales pitches, counselling and relationship management.
• Identify and develop new corporate, institutional and B2B accounts for daycare services.
• Build relationships with HR teams, corporates, institutions and key decision-makers to generate business opportunities.
• Drive corporate empanelment, corporate tie-ups and bulk daycare seat sales.
• Monitor sales funnel, lead status, conversion ratio, revenue pipeline and target achievement through regular MIS and reporting.
• Coordinate with centre and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Take complete ownership of assigned business numbers and consistently deliver sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales or B2C Sales.
• Candidates from Education, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate, IPC, Healthcare, Consumer Services are preferred.
• Proven track record of target achievement and revenue generation.
• Strong experience in lead generation, sales conversion, customer acquisition and pipeline management.
• Experience in corporate sales / institutional sales / B2B sales / corporate tie-ups will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
• Highly target-oriented, persistent, self-motivated and result-driven.
