Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive retail and channel sales to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
• Generate new leads through walk-ins, references, networking, channel partners, and other sources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and regular updates on lead status and conversions.
• Ensure high standards of customer engagement and service throughout the sales journey.
• Support sales campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 36 years of relevant experience in retail sales, channel sales, business development, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong experience in lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and sales closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Good understanding of customer acquisition and sales conversion processes.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and channel relationships effectively.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
