Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Generate new business opportunities in the biodiesel
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
• Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, quotations, and order closures.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, payments, and after-sales support.
• Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• More than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Biodiesel, edible oils, Chemicals
• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
• Good knowledge of the biodiesel and customer network will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
• Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
