ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the sales team for Electrical/Home Appliances sector
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Handle client relationships with Dealers/Distributors
- Manage B2B and Enterprise sales
- Provide technical guidance to team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and sales management
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- B.Tech (Electrical) degree passout
- 3-5+ years of experience in Electrical/Home Appliances Sales
- Strong technical knowledge of products
- Proven team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
