Sales Manager

We are seeking a high-performing Export Business Developer with over 10 years of experience in the mineral processing or Kaolin/China Clay industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving international growth, acquiring corporate clients, and establishing our presence in new geographic markets.

Role & responsibilities

• International Market Expansion: Identify, explore, new country markets and novel application segments for Kaolin and processed minerals.
• Client Acquisition: Build, manage, and scale a robust pipeline of international corporate customers and B2B clients.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve strategic export sales targets and expand the company's global market share.
• Global Travel: Travel internationally as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and finalize business deals.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international accounts, ensuring seamless communication and long-term retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated export sales experience within the mineral processing, Kaolin, or China Clay industries. Candidates from direct competitor profiles are highly preferred.
• Education: Any Graduation degree.
• Communication: Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Core Competencies: Proven track record in corporate client acquisition, strong negotiation, and persuasive convincing skills.
• Mobility: Open and ready to travel to various international destinations on short notice.
