Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of Life Insurance products through agency channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including premium targets for agents.
  
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to drive sales growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and internal teams.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

• Industry: Life, Health, or General Insurance, and Financial Services
• Primary Goal: Build and grow a profitable sales team through channel partners rather than selling directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Hire and onboard high-quality insurance advisors or agents to expand the distribution network.
• Training & Development: Teach new agents about product features, market trends, and professional selling skills.
• Target Management: Motivate and guide agents to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily activities, review productivity, and fix performance gaps.
• Policy Persistence: Make sure that policies sold by agents stay active and do not lapse quickly, ensuring business stability.
• Compliance: Ensure the team follows all company rules and legal regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency channel management.
  
• Strong understanding of general insurance products (health & accident) is an added advantage.
