Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for senior living homes
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions and transparent communication
• Handle inquiries, manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Conduct site visits and property tours, explaining features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events

Success Metrics for This Role

• Consistent achievement of assigned sales targets
• Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction across all interactions
• High conversion rates from inquiries and site visits to bookings with timely follow-ups

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in real estate residential sales (preferably premium housing or senior living)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and families
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
