Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and develop new B2B business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Build a strong outbound sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting.
• Promote and sell SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Cloud ERP, and My Wave AI solutions.
• Engage with CXOs, CFOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Understand client business requirements and present relevant ERP and AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, requirement analysis, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Drive software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, and implementation services revenue.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP, enterprise software, or SaaS.
• Experience selling SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Cloud ERP, or similar enterprise solutions will be preferred.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting, and new-client acquisition skills.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior management and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and communicate technology solutions.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
