Job Responsibilities

• Handle leads and understand customers' property requirements.
• Qualify leads generated through marketing and references.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Maintain lead status and follow-up records in CRM.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Handle negotiations and support customers through the sales process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and CRM teams.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• 210 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with customer calls, meetings and site visits.
• Ability to manage leads and maintain CRM records.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of sales responsibilities.
