Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and providing coaching to team members.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective business development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention and expansion of existing clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products , Car insurance, Commercial vehicle Insurance as well as other types of insurance such as Travel insurance & Liability insurance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
