Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in secured loan products such as business loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and personal loans.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve customer issues, and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in secured loan products like business loans, LAP loans, Mortgage loans etc.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
